Or cleaning your closet or riding a bike. This would all direct your mental
attention and physical potential to a brighter and positive side. Participating
in a sport can be a helpful way of getting relief from stress and manage
energy. Avoid Tea, coffee, cocoa, energy drinks, Alcohol, Butter, cheese, Sugar
when stressed.
